Tami Colver
FounderTami is a strategic people leader with executive HR experience across complex, high-growth organizations. She partners with leadership teams to build the human foundations that make businesses sustainable — the right culture, the right structure, and the right people in the right roles.
She holds a master's degree from NYU in Human Capital Analytics and Technology, has been featured in Forbes Business, and currently serves as a professor in the University of Denver's HR Master's program. Her career has been built on a single belief: people aren't just roles on a chart — they're the heartbeat of the business. Her work is transformative, compassionate, and built to last.
Caitlin Colver
FounderCaitlin brings a grounded, clear marketing strategy to businesses that are ready to grow — and the storytelling lens to make it land. With a Master's in Social Media Marketing from the University of Florida, she has worked across nonprofits, cosmetics, and supplement brands, helping organizations clarify their voice, connect with the right audience, and turn strategy into measurable growth.
Her belief is simple: great marketing starts with clarity, not volume. She helps founders and teams cut through the noise and build strategies that actually work. Her approach is direct, warm, and always rooted in what's real.
